      Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese health system that incorporates mind and body,
      commonly referred to as moving meditation.  Its purpose is to bring about balance
      within the body by a slow progression of postures.  Because of the speed by which
     Tai-Chi Chuan is executed it is practically non-injurious; and yet this unorthodox
     system of exercise has many more far-reaching implications.

of Traditional Chinese Acupuncture.  Ken has studied Tai Chi Chuan under
Master Jou, Tsung Hwa, Warick, NY, Master Sidney Austin, Elizabeth, NJ
and Tony Yang, Canton, OH.
