- CORE Vinyasa Flow with Anne Ferraro on Thurs. from 6-7pm - great class for beginners
- Hatha Flow (ongoing class), held on Tues. evenings 8:00-9:00 pm and Saturday mornings from 10:15
to 11:45am with Lauren
